About Fuoco

Introducing Fuoco Restaurant is easy because the place practically speaks for itself the moment you hear about it, especially if you enjoy a modern European restaurant vibe with a relaxed, city-smart feel. Fuoco sits comfortably at 1 Agha Khan Rd, F-6 Markaz, Islamabad, making it an easy stop whether you’re already exploring the area or planning a dedicated food run. What really stands out about Fuoco is how it blends contemporary European influences with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that doesn’t feel stiff or overdone. The space feels thoughtfully designed, and that modern aesthetic pairs nicely with a menu that keeps things interesting without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of spot where you can drop in for a casual coffee break, settle in for a proper dine-in experience, or even grab takeaway when you’re short on time. Outdoor seating adds another layer of appeal, especially for those evenings when the Islamabad weather plays along. Fuoco also pays attention to variety, which is always a win, offering halal food alongside vegan and vegetarian options, so different preferences are easily covered at the same table. Small plates and quick bites make it ideal for sharing or light meals, while late-night food means you’re not rushed by the clock. The overall energy feels social and easygoing, making it just as suitable for laid-back catch-ups as it is for quieter solo visits. There’s a sense that Fuoco understands how people like to eat today-flexible, flavorful, and without unnecessary fuss-while still keeping that polished European touch front and center, which naturally draws in both regulars and first-time visitors looking for something familiar yet refreshingly different.

Ended up here late on a Friday night without reservations. The reception is friendly and professional, and we were quickly given a nice table outside. However, we didn’t survive there long as everyone smokes, and that’s not for us. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us upstairs. The place is modern. The service is excellent. The food, we ordered a pizza and truffle risotto, was perfect. Tasted authentic, and was served fresh. Really enjoyed it. The food, the service, and the cleanliness makes for a great experience. I felt that the ambiance is kind of bland, with an office area aesthetics, could definitely use some organic touches. Regardless, I’ll go again given the excellent and accommodating service, and well-prepared food.

The food, vibes, ambiance, quality, everything is top tier. The food is of very high quality, made with imported ingredients that are fresh. The pizza is authentic Neapolitan pizza cooked in a proper italian pizza oven. Just a little warning - people who are accustomed to the taste of Pakistani pizza (thick, extra cheesy, creamy, hardly any tomato pizza sauce), you won’t like this pizza, it’s a whole different thing. It’s REAL pizza. Crispy bread, slightly thin, heaps of tomato pizza sauce, buffalo mozzarella, basil leaves. The coffee is also amazing. It’s made with the coffee brand illy which is a very high quality and popular Italian coffee company. You can actually taste the difference, it’s a completely different flavour profile than what you get at places like second cup or coffee bean. I would say if you want to appreciate the coffee for what it is, then don’t add sugar, that way you get the real experience. The outside seating is very nice, offers a great vibe especially at night, but it’s also very lovely during the day as well.

Tried it for the first time! And had steak salad and seasonal pomegranate juice. The steak salad was 10/10 with perfect combination of, tangy dried cranberries, smooth and crunchy textures and succulent beef steak pieces! The menu seemed wholesome in terms of choices and will try them again soon!

If you are looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza then Fuoco is your go to place. Apart from pizza they serves tremendous Italian menu. Prices are on high side, but perhaps they've been using premium ingredients. Interior is simple and cozy. A good go to place for family and dates on weekend.

Fuoco was on our list for a long time, finally went there on a sunday night after making a prior reservation. The main seating area is upstairs, with no lift availability. The overall ambience of the restuarant is good, with a exquisite vibe. Coming to food we ordered beef lasagna and gnocchi. Lasagna was 10/10. Very fine taste and texture. Gnocchi was 5/10. Chiken had a strong taste of black pepper. And potato pasta was really bland and heavy. The white sauce was okayish. Finished the dinner with classic cheese cake. Very similar to cheese cake of burning brownie.
